Location
Prospective buyers will find 1700 Alberni at the corner of Alberni and Bidwell Streets in the heart of downtown Vancouver. This is a very walkable neighbourhood. Residents can easily walk to shops, cafes and restaurants. Grocery stores such as Whole Foods, Safeway and Urban Fare are close by. Residents can reach the Pacific Centre shopping mall on foot in 18 minutes. If they are looking for nature, residents can walk to Stanley Park in 4 minutes. In addition, the Seawall is less than two blocks away. The sky train system can be accessed via Burrard Station, an 18 minute walk. Residents can also walk to the Vancouver Art Gallery, as well as the Queen Elizabeth Theatre.
