Everbright Properties is building Lina at QE Park. Everbright is a real estate company founded more than 20 years ago in Hubei province, China. In 2011, it opened an office in Vancouver. Originally focused on property management, in 2015 Everbright expanded to include a construction division building new multi-family homes, rental homes as well as managing large-scale renovations.
