Welcome to Tower Vancouver
Tower Vancouver is a luxury condominium development located on top of the Paradox Hotel (formerly the Trump International Hotel) in downtown Vancouver. It was completed in 2017.
Design
The tower, designed by Vancouver architect Arthur Erickson, is triangular in shape, twisting 45 degrees from bottom to top. Its form is described as ‘hyperbolic paraboloid’, similar to the design of the Absolute Tower in Mississauga, Ontario and Turning Torso in Malmo Sweden.
Units
This development consists of 217 units located on floors 16-63 of the tower. Units feature open concept living areas and have 2+ bedrooms. They include floor-to-ceiling windows; most units have harbour or mountain views. Kitchens feature Italian custom cabinetry and Gaggenau appliances.
Amenities
Residents of the condominium can enjoy a heated indoor swimming and outdoor Jacuzzi, as well as a fitness centre. Restaurants and a spa are available on-site. A 24 hour concierge provides security and services for residents.
Location
Prospective buyers will find Tower Vancouver on West Georgia between Bute and Thurlow Streets, on the top floors of the Paradox Hotel. This is a very walkable neighborhood. Residents can easily walk to shops, cafes and restaurants. Grocery stores such as Whole Foods, Safeway and Urban Fare are close by. Residents can reach the Pacific Centre shopping mall on foot in just over 10 minutes. If they are looking for nature, residents can walk to Stanley Park in 10 minutes. In addition, the Seawall is several blocks away. The sky train system can be accessed via Burrard Station, an few minutes walk. Residents can also walk to the Vancouver Art Gallery, as well as the Queen Elizabeth Theatre.
