Seasons Townhomes is a new development coming soon to the South Cambie neighbourhood of Vancouver.
Design
This development was designed by Yamamoto Architecture. Its contemporary architecture unites elements of European design with West Coast form.
Units
This townhome development consists of 19 units ranging in size from 1412 to 1689 square feet. The units contains 3-4 bedrooms; all units have two full bathrooms. The townhomes feature wide plank, engineered hardwood flooring throughout all living spaces. Living rooms include a wet bar with a built-in wine fridge and custom millwork shelving. Kitchens have quartz waterfall islands and Miele appliances. Bathrooms feature rainfall showerheads and quartz countertops, as well as floor-to-ceiling ivory tiled walls. The townhomes feature large windows that are outfitted with roller blinds and contemporary drapes.
Amenities
The Seasons Townhomes development featues a central courtyard with greenery and open areas designed to create privacy between homes. The courtyard’s communal kitchenette is equipped with a barbeque and offers an outdoor dining area and covered lounge space. Location
Prospective buyers will find Seasons Townhomes at the corner of West 26th Avenue and Ash Street, just south of King Edward Avenue. This is a walkable neighbourhood.
