Welcome to 8X on the Park
8X on the Park is a new condominium development in the Vancouver neighbourhood of Yaletown. It was completed in 2021.
Design
The building is set back from the street and sculpted to maximize views. The tower’s form shifts as it rises in eight-storey bands, to reflect the scale of neighbouring heritage buildings. Solar shading in a distinctive ‘X’ pattern defines the Richards Street side of the building.

This development houses 191 units over 35 storeys. The units have 1 to 3.5 bedrooms and range in size from 1045 – 2041 square feet. Flooring in the living areas is wide-plank engineered oak hardwood. Kitchens include Miele appliances, a gas range, and marble countertops and backsplashes. Bathrooms feature marble stone countertops as well as deep soaker tubs and rain shower heads. Location
Prospective buyers will find 8X on the Park on Richards Street between Davie and Helmcken Streets in the Yaletown neighbourhood of Vancouver. This is a very walkable and bikeable neighbourhood.
