Curv Condos is a new condominium development coming soon to downtown Vancouver.
Design
Curv Condos was designed by world-renowned architect Tom Wright. Inspired by the shape of the Stanley Park portion of the downtown Vancouver peninsula, the building features a unique shape formed by two sinuous waved bands with greenery in between.
Units
This development will feature 350 units, housed in the upper levels of a 60 storey building. The builder has not yet released the details of the features and finishings of the units. This building is currently in the pre-construction stage; more information will be available soon.

Location
Prospective buyers will find this development on Nelson Street between Burrard and Thurlow Streets, in downtown Vancouver. This is a very walkable neighbourhood. Residents can easily walk to a variety of shops, cafes and restaurants. Cultural amenities such as theatres and art galleries are close by. Residents can walk to the Burrard Skytrain station in 10 minutes, which provides a connection to the rest of the Lower Mainland. Stanley Park is a 20 minute walk away. Residents wishing to travel can drive to Vancouver International Airport in less than 20 minutes.

Brivia Group and Henson Developments are building Curv Condos. Brivia Group is a Montreal-based real estate development and investment company. Founded in 2000, it has completed projects in Montréal, Toronto, Vancouver, Quebec City and other major cities in Quebec. Henson Developments is a real estate development and investment company founded in 2015. It focuses on projects in the Greater Vancouver area.
