1335 Howe is a new condominium development in downtown Vancouver. It was completed in 2022.
Design
1335 Howe is an angular white and gray high rise rising out of a low podium. This modern tower was designed by the award-winning IBI Group.
Units
The development houses 120 units over 40 storeys. Units have two or three bedrooms, and range in size from 985 – 1,720 square feet. European-inspired kitchens feature custom flat-panel walnut veneer cabinets and under-cabinet lighting. Master ensuites include marble tile, floating wood cabinets, walk-in showers and deep soaker tubs. All units have patios. Security features include key-fob controlled access at main building entry points and an underground parkade with secured entry gates, ample lighting and closed-circuit cameras.
Amenities
Residents of the development can enjoy a fitness centre and outdoor pool with cabana style loungers on the deck, as well as a hot tub. They can also take advantage of a rooftop terrace featuring a barbecue area and children’s playground. The building also offers a lounge and party room as well as meeting rooms. Location
Prospective buyers will find 1335 Howe on Howe Street between Drake and Pacific Streets. This is a very walkable neighbourhood. Residents can walk to a selection of local shops, cafes and restaurants. They can also access the Skytrain via a short walk to the Yaletown-Roundhouse station (Canada Line) or the Burrard or Granville stations (Expo Line).
