One Burrard Place, the first stage of the Burrard Place condominium development, is located in downtown Vancouver. It was completed in 2019.
Design
At 550’ feet high—the third highest building in Vancouver, One Burrard Place—was designed to act as a gateway to the downtown. Its architecture aims to maximize the natural views unique to its location.

One Burrard Place houses 394 units over 60 storeys. Units range in size from 1-3 bedrooms. The style of the units is contemporary European. Kitchens feature custom Italian Miton cabinetry and Gaggenau appliances. Windows extend from the floor to the 9 foot ceilings. Flooring in the open concept living area is wide-plank hardwood. Units include a smart heating and air conditioning system.
Amenities
Residents of this condominium have access to the shared amenities of Club One. These include a 50m lap pool and hot tub, as well as a sauna and steam room. Residents can also enjoy an outdoor lounge complete with sun deck, dining area, fire pit and outdoor yoga space. Additionally, they can use the fitness facility which includes a gym, weight room and yoga and stretch room Club One also contains a music room, study lounge, and wine cellar and tasting area. There is also a spa and children’s clubhouse. A concierge is also available to provide services such as arranging for a chef or sommelier on demand.
Location
Prospective buyers will find One Burrard Place at 1289 Hornby Street, between Drake and Davie Streets. This is a very walkable neighbourhood.
