Design
The Hotel Georgia is a heritage building that was completely renovated in 2011. Originally built in the 1920s, its refurbishing aimed to restore the building to its former grandeur through a painstaking restoration of old world craftsmanship and elegance.

This development houses 156 units over 48 storeys. Units range in size from 1 to 4.5 bedrooms. Most units feature floor-to-ceiling windows with city and ocean views. Flooring consists of natural engineered hardwood flooring in natural oak or walnut through living areas, kitchens and hallways, as well as 100% wool carpet through most bedrooms. Kitchens include custom cabinetry, white quartz countertops and Miele appliances. Master bathrooms feature marble flooring and countertops and in-floor heating as well as a cast iron soaker bathtub. Most units have balconies.

Residents can enjoy a pool and fitness centre, as well as a billiards room and theatre room. Several restaurants are on-site.
