Sparrow is a new condominium development in the Chinatown neighbourhood of Vancouver. It was completed in 2022.
Design
Sparrow is a midrise white and glass building. Its lantern-inspired architecture aims to reflect positive Zen energy and represent the past, present and future of Chinatown. The mixed use development includes ground floor retail and office space as well as residential units.

Sparrow houses 25 one, two and three bedroom units ranging in size from from 437 to 1362 square feet. Units have 9’ ceilings. Kitchens feature quartz countertops and backsplashes with undermount sinks, two-toned cabinetry with white oak lower cabinets and matte lacquer upper cabinets, as well as European integrated appliances. Bathrooms include floating vanities, stone countertops and large format porcelain wall and floor tiles. Units feature home automation and wireless entry door locks.

Residents of this development can enjoy an outdoor courtyard garden as well as a rooftop patio with views of downtown and the North Shore mountains. They can also take advantage of a shared indoor amenity room. The building also features a car elevator and bike storage lockers.
Location
Prospective buyers will find this development on Keefer Street between Main Street and Gore Avenue. This is a very walkable and bikeable neighbourhood. Residents also have easy access to public transit, connecting them to the entire Lower Mainland. Those who enjoy dining out can take advantage of the more than 50 restaurants located within a kilometre of the building.
