Location
Prospective buyers will find 1684 Alberni between Cardero and Bidwell Streets in the heart of downtown Vancouver. This is a very walkable neighbourhood. Design
Alberni at Cardero was designed by Pelli Clarke Pelli Architects. The curved lines of this two-tower high-rise development were inspired by the wind and ocean.

ASPAC is building Alberni at Cardero. Founded in 1993, ASPAC is a Vancouver-based real estate development company. Past projects include Waterfront Place, as well as Two and Three Harbour Green.
