Canada’s Earth Tower is a new condominium development coming soon to the Kitsilano neighbourhood of Vancouver.
Design
The innovative design of the building features a tower that rises up from a U-shaped podium. The podium wraps an entry courtyard filled with plants, trees and seating. The project will be built using mass timber construction to strict Passive House standards to significantly reduce its ecological footprint.

The builder has not yet released the specifications of the units or the details of their features and finishings. This project is currently in the pre-construction phase. Further information will be available as the development progresses.
Amenities
Canada’s Earth Tower will feature communal gardens at every third floor, where residents can socialize and enjoy fresh air and sunlight. Location
Prospective buyers will find Canada’s Earth House at West 8th Avenue and Pine street in Kitsilano. This is a very walkable neighbourhood. Residents can walk to the shops, cafes, restaurants and businesses of Broadway, West 4th and Granville Streets. Local buses connect to downtown Vancouver, the Skytrain system and UBC. Residents can walk to Kitsilano Beach as well as Granville Island. Residents interested in travelling can drive to Vancouver International Airport in 20 minutes.

Delta Land Development is building Canada’s Earth Tower. Delta Land Development Ltd. is a subsidiary of Delta Overseas Investments. Based in Vancouver, the company focuses on sustainability, “putting wellness at the heart of all developments”.
