Fifteen Fifteen is a new condominium development coming soon to the Coal Harbour neighbourhood of Vancouver.
Design
Architect Ole Scheeren designed the building. Inspired by the idea of three-dimensional living, its distinctive silhouette features glass-enclosed cantilevers. These multi-storey projections wrapped in broad expanses of glass and framed with a robust exposed steel structure give the building strong sculptural form.
Units
Fifteen Fifteen houses 202 units over 15 storeys. Units range in size from 483 square foot studios to 2992 square foot 3.5 bedrooms, with a variety of different floor plans. All units include outdoor living space and floor-to-ceiling glazed windows. Kitchens feature premium Italian cabinetry and Miele integrated appliances. Bathrooms feature stone terrazzo floors with integrated heating, as well as floating Duravit toilets. All units include a Bang & Olufsen smart home system that allows touch screen control of lights, temperature, in-ceiling speakers, alarm, concierge and valet service.
Amenities
Residents of the condominium can enjoy a sky lounge which features outdoor seating with fireplaces, as well as a full kitchen, private dining room and bar area. They can also use a wellness centre that includes a fitness centre with weight and cardio equipment as well as a yoga studio. The parking garage contains EV charging spots as well as bike storage. In addition, valet parking is available. A 24/7 concierge provides security and support services for residents.
Location
Prospective buyers will find Fifteen Fifteen at 1515 Alberni Street between Nicola and Cardero Streets. This is a very walkable neighbourhood.
