Two Burrard Place, the final tower of the Burrard Place condominium development, is coming soon to downtown Vancouver.
Design
Two Burrard Place features unique design elements such as a curtain wall glazing system rarely used in residential housing. Its exterior features a distinctive gray paneling system. Residents enter the spacious lobby though a porte-cochere that provides protection from weather.
Units
Two Burrard Place houses 239 units over 36 storeys. Units range in size from 482 to 1552 square feet, and contain 1-2.5 bedrooms. Windows extend from the floor to the 9 foot ceilings. Italian-designed kitchens and bathrooms feature quartz detailing. Laminate flooring is used throughout the suites. Storage space within the units is designed to be as functional as possible. Many units have the option of installing sliding glass doors to convert the living area into a closed-off bedroom. Additionally, all units coming with a parking spot and storage space.
Amenities
Residents of Two Burrard Place have access to the shared amenities of Club One. These include a 50m lap pool and hot tub, as well as a sauna and steam room. Residents can also enjoy an outdoor lounge complete with sun deck, dining area, fire pit and outdoor yoga space. Additionally, they can use the fitness facility which includes a gym, weight room and yoga and stretch room Club One also contains a music room, study lounge, and wine cellar and tasting area. There is also a spa and children’s clubhouse. A concierge is also available to provide services such as arranging for a chef or sommelier on demand.
Location
Prospective buyers will find Two Burrard Place at 1261 Hornby Street, between Drake and Davie Streets. This is a very walkable neighbourhood. Residents can walk to a large selection of shops, cafes and restaurants. Cultural amenities such as the Scotiabank Theatre, the Vancouver Art Gallery and the Queen Elizabeth Theatre are close by. Residents can walk, run or bike along the Seawall, which is only a few minutes from the building. The Burrard Street Skytrain Station is a 12 minute walk away.
