Location
Prospective buyers will find Beau on Columbia Street, just south of King Edward Avenue between Cambie and Main Street. This is a walkable neighbourhood. Residents can walk to the shops, cafes and restaurants along Main Street. They can also drive to the Oakridge Centre in less than five minutes. A Safeway grocery store is also just a few minutes drive away. Residents can enjoy the green space in Queen Elizabeth Park, a few minutes walk away from the development. Cultural sites of interest located nearby include the Bloedel Conservatory, the Van Duden Botanical Garden and Nat Bailey Stadium. Residents can also take advantage of the athletic facilities at Hillcrest Park, which include an arena, pool, playgrounds and sports fields. Fastmark is building this development. Fastmark is a local company founded in 2020 by Hans Fast, a Vancouver-born entrepreneur. Hans studied Architectural Building Technology at BCIT and Urban Land Economics at UBC.
