Design
The architecture of this stacked townhouse development features a contemporary European-inspired design. Its exterior finishing combines brick with brown and white modular textured panels.
Units
This townhome development consists of 24 units ranging in size from from 500 to 1325 square feet. Units contain 1-3.5 bedrooms and 2-3 bathrooms. Kitchens feature quartz countertops and vinyl flooring as well as stainless steel appliances. Bathrooms include floating vanities and frameless glass showers. The carpeted bedrooms feature wall-to-wall closets. In addition, all units include one parking space.
As well, the townhomes are built using Passive House methodology, a sustainable engineering building standard that can save up to 90% in heating costs.

Location
